Mr. Ahmed Hejazi, a practicing attorney and a member of the General Assembly of the Rabat Bar Association since 2020, holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Civil and Real Estate Law with a thesis titled “Non-Judicial Access to Justice: The Transitional Justice Experience in Morocco,” awarded with high distinction from Mohammed V University, Agdal, Rabat in 2019. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Private Law with a research paper titled “Cyberterrorism – A Legal and Legislative Approach,” from the same university in 2016.
Mr. Hejazi has worked with several law firms and legal offices in Rabat, gaining extensive experience in various commercial fields, including close collaboration with insurance companies and major industrial entities regarding labor disputes and workplace incidents.
He began his career at the professional law firm “Laâlou, Chaoui, and Jouadi,” where he honed his skills in judicial procedures before Moroccan courts, particularly in insurance law, real estate, and commercial disputes. He also worked at the office of Ms. Thuraya El Marrakchi, specializing in administrative disputes and representing the interests of the Moroccan state, where he handled expropriation and physical encroachment cases, alongside various commercial disputes. Furthermore, he worked at the office of Mr. Driss Lachkar, focusing on labor disputes and representing major industrial companies.
Mr. Hejazi has conducted numerous research studies across various fields, including transitional justice, human rights, business law—particularly commercial law, corporate law, and trademarks. He actively participates in numerous legal conferences and seminars and supports local charitable associations. He has had the honor of contributing to the activities of the Red Crescent Organization.
Fluent in Arabic and English, Mr. Hejazi has also contributed to academic research in law with Harvard University in the United States.
In 2024, he established Hejazi Law Firm in Agdal, Rabat. A team of colleagues, proficient in multiple areas and languages, works alongside Mr. Ahmed Hejazi.
