Hejazi Law Firm
I am Ahmad Hejazi, a lawyer admitted to the Rabat Bar. The core practice of the firm is business law — company formation, commercial contracts, corporate governance, commercial litigation, and real-estate and investment work for companies operating in or entering the Moroccan market.
Alongside that, the firm holds a distinct practice in criminal defence, extradition and international judicial cooperation. I contribute to Extradition Hub, an international extradition case-law platform.
A substantial part of the work involves foreign clients and their counsel abroad, across more than one legal system. The firm works in Arabic, French and English.
